Telecaller / Customer Support Executive
Handle outbound calls and follow-ups for our telecalling outsourcing work.
What you will do
- Make calls to leads and customers and follow the call script
- Record call outcomes accurately
- Follow up with interested customers and escalate when needed
What we look for
- Clear, confident communication in Hindi (English is a plus)
- Comfortable making calls and handling objections politely
- Basic computer skills
