These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of https://skitdevelopments.com (the "Website") operated by SK IT Developments, an MSME-registered IT services and consulting company (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-RJ-37-0005374) located at Mator Road, near Bus Stand, Khairthal, Rajasthan 301404, India. By using the Website you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

3. Our services and project agreements

We provide services such as website and application development, SaaS and custom software, e-commerce, digital marketing and SEO, design, IT infrastructure, and outsourcing (including software projects and telecalling). Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Any engagement begins only when both parties accept a written proposal, quotation or agreement. That document will set out the scope, timelines, fees, payment terms, ownership of deliverables, confidentiality and any other terms, and it prevails over these Terms for that engagement.

Quotes and estimates are based on the information you provide and are valid for the period stated in them. Changes to scope may change the price and timeline.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve any concern in good faith. Subject to any dispute resolution clause in a written project agreement, the courts at Alwar, Rajasthan, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website.

14. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any written project agreement, are the entire agreement between you and us on their subject matter.
